Rustic Reverence Designs ships to addresses within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the item's size and weight. Most items ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation, except for larger pieces like our 48x36 wall art, which ship within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We package all items with care, especially fragile ceramic plates, to ensure they arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees (e.g., customs duties for border states) caused by the carrier, but we'll assist in resolving issues. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses.
