At Rustic Reverence Designs, we want you to love your handcrafted decor. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rusticreverence.com with photos of the damage. We'll provide a
replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, once the damaged item is
returned to us.
